Sweepstakes Rules
Eligibility: Open to eligible U.S. schools, community theatres, churches, and nonprofit performing arts organizations. Participants must be 18 years or older. Void where prohibited. Void in Florida, New York, and Rhode Island.
Entry: No purchase necessary. Maximum of two entries per school or organization. Entries must be submitted by August 31, 2026, at 11:59 PM CDT.
Each winner receives: One 20' × 10' Theatre Scenes backdrop or equivalent credit toward a larger backdrop purchase. Backdrop selected from the Theatre Scenes backdrop collection. Standard shipping within the continental United States. No cash substitution and prize is non-transferable. Three winners selected at random. Odds depend on the number of eligible entries received. The drawing will be conducted between September 1-3, 2026. Winners will be notified by September 4, 2026 via email and/or phone. Winners must respond within 7 calendar days of receiving notification or an alternate winner may be selected. Winners will be contacted by Theatre Scenes to select their backdrop from the Theatre Scenes collection. Production will begin after the backdrop selection is confirmed. Backdrops will ship approximately 4 weeks after selection confirmation. Installation hardware and installation services are not included. By accepting the prize, winners grant Theatre Scenes permission to use: School or organization name, production photographs and/or video, testimonial quotes for promotional purposes without additional compensation. Information collected will only be used in accordance with Theatre Scenes' privacy policy and for administering the sweepstakes. Entry information may be used for Theatre Scenes marketing communications. Participants may unsubscribe at any time. Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes.
