Production & Shipping

 

All backdrops are made-to-order and usually ship out within two weeks. Times may vary during peak season.  If you are using a purchase order, please note that the production process does not start until we have received an approved PO.  Production on custom orders does not begin until we have a finalized and approved design.  Email or call us if time is critical.

Ground shipping time usually takes 1-4 business days, depending on your location.  While a shopping cart may indicate a carrier (such as UPS), we may use any common carrier at our option, including but not limited to UPS, USPS, and FedEx.  Express shipping options may be available at an additional cost.

Returns

All backdrops are made-to-order, so we do not accept returns unless defective.  If we shipped the wrong backdrop, or if there is a problem with the materials or workmanship, we will correct the mistake as quickly as possible at our expense.   Please contact us so we can help resolve the issue for you as quickly as possible.
